Leura Gateway Visitor Information Centre
Leura Gateway is a privately operated Visitor Information Center and Booking Service provider.
As such, Leura Gateway does not receive any financial assistance from any government agency or the local Council.

Our Guarantees
We aim to add value to both the visitor and the service providers (we see both as our our customers) without increasing the cost to visitors by:
+ ensuring that visitors (or those arranging itineraries for visitors) pay no more than the providers published prices, and we do not expect the providers to offer rates through us (with the exception of special offers of course) that differ from those published elsewhere;
+ providing a more informed basis for customers to match their needs to the services offered regionally; and
+ ensuring that visitors have access to specials, packages, giveaways, discounts and standby rates, so more often than not the visitor ends up with better value than the published price.
Of course, we aim to provide all our customers with the most efficient service possible – and on a friendly, personal basis – even when transactions are done on-line - we have deliberately decided not to automate the booking process so contact needs to be made with our staff to allow us the opportunity to add this service.
